 | Microsoft Cuts Halo Support |

Halo has ended the 5 year life cycle that Microsoft gives for customer support and support is now done through knowledge based articles and 3rd Party Forums. Microsoft's official cutoff date was January 14th 2009 for individualized product support. As a result of this halo has been discontinued and will no longer be provided to Retailers. If you need an extra product key or disc then look around now because in about a month, almost all New in Box versions of Halo will be gone.
